  • Min. 2 years of work experience in the HR and payroll department, and in the case of candidates with experience in accounting offices – 1 year,
  • Knowledge of provisions: labor law, including work time records, social security, personal income tax physical and current executive footnotes, the act on the employment of temporary workers,
  • Very good work organization, communication skills,
  • Timeliness and accuracy,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
Job description:
  • Independent keeping of full HR & payroll documentation (personal files, preparation of personnel documents: certificates, contracts, annexes, referrals for medical examinations, terminations, work certificates, benefit cards, etc.),
  • Accounting for working time, keeping time records, i.e. accounting for absences (holidays, dismissals, other absences),
  • Conclusion and settlement of civil law contracts,
  • Preparation of payrolls, calculation of full-time and civil law remuneration,
  • Preparation of Social Insurance Institution (declaration and settlement) declarations, PFRON, PIT, CSO reports,
  • Creating reports and summaries for the internal needs of the company,
  • Representing the company in dealing with PIP and Social Insurance Institution.

Independent accountant

Driver’s working time accounting Specialist

We are looking for a person who has well-established knowledge and practice in settling and analyzing the driver’s working time, willing and constantly improving.   • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • High propriety.
Job description:
  • Preparation of reports and summaries in the 4 Trans system,
  • Ensuring efficient and professional service related to the analysis and settlement of drivers’ working time,
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure an adequate level of service delivery,
  • Current solving of emerging problems,
  • Care for the quality and timeliness of completing the tasks assigned,
  • Constant updating of knowledge of the provisions necessary for the proper performance of services.
